Ison. "We decided to take over Jinheung Tech based on mutual judgment during
the talks." "We have decided that we will be able to create a lot of
synergy through the acquisition," he said. "We will grow into a
global drone solution company that specializes in its name and reality."
Through the acquisition, Ison will set up a local Chinese corporation in
January 2020 with a local Chinese investor. The company plans to product an
unmanned drone station equipped with Jinheung Tech's charging port, according
to Ison. In 2021, it aims to commercialize the product in China, Ison said.
