Networks (033110) announced on the 13th that it signed an agreement with Ison
(CEO Kim Eung-wook) who developed 'CCTV Artpolel' to enter the new 5G market
and secure competitiveness.

Cornerstone Networks acquired its subsidiary optical communication materials
company, Fi-ra Photonics Co., Ltd and optical communication instrument
equipment company Tdi Co., Ltd and is currently establishing a business
portfolio in 5G telecommunication business.

Ison wins through strategic partnership with the developer of innovative 5G
base stations. The company intends to accelerate its advance into Korea and
overseas markets by using Cornerstone Networks and its subsidiaries' core
capabilities in commercialization and market maneuvering of the smart elevator
pole system, a descending tower-type base station.

In addition, the existing tower-type base stations have built the main body on
the ground and attached an antenna amplifier to the top of the tower, causing
several accidents and rising labor costs.

Complementing the problem, Ison's '5G base station' expects to bring about the
economy of system safety and labor cost savings in maintenance of AUU equipment
installation.

Lee Ho-pung, general manager of Cornerstone Networks, said, "Ison's smart
elevating pole system is a challenge for domestic and foreign telecommunication
companies: miniaturization of 5G equipment" This is a system that presents
an innovation plan for stabilizing installation and maintenance through
lightening," he said. "In the future, we will supply Ison Innovative
5G base stations to 5G markets worldwide through domestic and foreign sales
networks of its subsidiaries as well as its headquarters."
